Xylocaine + Adrenaline 

Xylocaine injection (generic name: lidocaine) is an injectable anesthetic commonly used to treat heart arrhythmias, and is sometimes used for resistant seizure movement. It is also used by doctors for numbing the body. It is usually injected directly into a large vein or a dense muscle. Xylocaine works by preventing nerves from sending pain signals to the brain. The area which has been injected is therefore unable to feel anything. 

Xylocaine is sometimes combined with adrenaline (epinephrine) to make it last longer. Adrenaline (epinephrine) makes the blood vessels at the site of injection narrower, which keeps the Xylocaine where it is needed for a longer time.
